So you look high and dry, trying to find the best deal, and you think you've found it, but then you have no clue who the vendor is, they won't offer a solid warranty, or you feel like if you have a problem you will get the run around? We think about these situations differently. If you have a problem, we wanna hear about it. For one year from the date of delivery, we'll stand behind our product 100%. Of course we all have to have policies, so we try and make them fairly simple.

For functionality, this item comes with a 1 year warranty from the date of delivery. If a problem occurs, please contact us via email with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to assist, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (an RMA for short) and in some cases, a prepaid label to have the item sent back for a replacement. If a replacement is needed, the same model or a comparable model will be sent.

For Warranty issues within 1 - 60 days of delivery:

If an item cannot be replaced due to lack of inventory, a full refund will be issued in place of an exchange.

If an item needs to be returned due to functionality issues or damage from shipping, images of the issue may need to be sent to us. We want to help you, and make sure you aren't sending something back due to user issue. In the unfortunate event that something needs to come back to us, turnaround time once the non-working item is received is about 1-3 business days, depending on the issue you are having with the item.

The original unit must be sent back before a replacement can be sent.

For Warranty issues past 60 days and up to 1 year:

If an item cannot be replaced due to lack of inventory, a comparable model will be sent as a replacement. We are unable to issue refunds for transactions older than 60 days, but will do our best to either repair your item or provide a comparable replacement. Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 3-4 business days, depending on the issue The original unit must be sent back before a replacement can be sent. Functionality issues for purchases that are more than 60 days old will not have shipping charges covered and the buyer will be responsible for sending the item back at their expense.
