We require the item to be returned to us in the same condition it was shipped to you. The item must be signed out of the cloud or product account to be eligible for return.

If they are unable to repair the item, and the damage is confirmed not due to abuse (this includes and not limited to a cracked screen and water damage) we can offer an exchange.
